I am Andrea Christie-Williams, CEO of Meet at The Well Inc. My passion is to assist and encourage those who need it. My goal is for them to know that they can overcome barriers and grow past limitations. I believe in affirmation and determination. I am honored to be a part of this growing company and thankful for the experiences that it has afforded me. I am looking forward to more transformations within myself and those whom I serve.  As the CEO of “Meet at the Well Inc. I believe that my education, faith, and life experiences have prepared me for this great opportunity to impact others. For the last 20 years, I have served in the field of education and social service. As a Special Educator in New York City Public High Schools has given me some knowledge about serving Persons with Disabilities. I have been an advocate for our clients and their families to ensure they are safe and healthy and have support services. This is where I trained and mentored new teachers. As the English Department Chair, I had the privilege to develop curriculums that were needed for the Special Needs population.  I had the wonderful benefit of getting to know the staff and parents one-on-one. I graduated from New Rochelle College with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Minor in Education and then attended Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, NY, and graduated with a master’s in education, dual certification in Special Education and Elementary Ed. I have extensive experience working with families and individuals with disabilities. I have been a Support Coordinator and a CDC+ Consultant since 2019 with Cornerstone Supports and Consulting, LLC. I was promoted to Director of Supervisors in 2022. Whether I am serving my husband and children, my local church, feeding the homeless, on a mission trip, speaking to women, or facilitating groups, my goal is still the same, to bring lasting transformation by the power of the Holy Spirit, that will impact future generations.
